Terms of Service

As an artist providing a service, I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I do not feel suited or comfortable to accept it.For commissions over $100 USD, I will require at least 50% deposit upfront. After a sketch is sent and approved, the commission must be paid in-full before I complete it.For commissions less than $100 USD, I will require the entire total to be paid upfront before I start it.Payment will be made through PayPal only.If you feel the need to cancel your commission at any point, I will provide a partial refund depending how much is completed. At the minimum, I will keep 15% of the total cost.I own all rights to my work. All commissioned artwork created by me is for personal use only. They may not be used for profit/commercial reasons or AI engine training.Please provide visual references as it will help me fulfill the vision you have in mind and to avoid unnecessary mistakes and/or delays.

**After submitting the Google Form, we will discuss what I am comfortable and uncomfortable with drawing. Only people who are older than 18 years old can commission an NSFW artwork. I will ask for an ID to prove you are over 18.

All communication will be made through DM, either on Discord, BlueSky, or Instagram. Through there, I will provide updates on progress. It will take me at most two months to complete a commission, but I will do my best to finish it in a timely manner.Please keep in mind, I am a full-time university student. If an event on my end arises and would cause a delay, I will let you know.By commissioning me, this means that you have properly read and agreed to my terms of service.
